When Isamu Akasaki, Hiroshi Amano and Shuji Nakamura learned to master galium nitride in 1991 and therefore received the Nobel Prize for Physics in 2014, the precondition to build blue LEDs was set and the cornerstone of efficient light utilization was laid. This development has enabled the construction of bright and energy-saving white LEDs. Lightbase has focused its research entirely on the use of the latest LED technology and selected the most effective parts for this purpose .
